Do I have to change my phone number?+
No. You keep your number forever. Lead Mule sets up call forwarding — calls you don't answer route to us automatically. Customers dial the same number they always have.
Will Lead Mule text my family?+
No. We read your iPhone Contacts (with permission). Anyone in your contacts skips the auto-reply. Only unknown numbers — i.e., new customers — get the auto-text.
What if a customer replies? Will the auto-followup still fire?+
No. The moment any customer replies, the followup engine pauses for that lead. You'll see a "Auto-followup paused" banner on their conversation.
Does Lead Mule send email from my Gmail?+
Never. We only read your Gmail to spot incoming leads. When we send emails on your behalf (auto-replies, bids), it goes through our own secure infrastructure with your name on it. Replies route back to your Gmail.
Is this a CRM?+
No. Lead Mule doesn't do scheduling, invoicing, customer management, recurring agreements, payments, or any of the other things contractor CRMs do. We only do leads, follow-up, and bid send.
What carriers does this work with?+
All major US carriers — Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, Cricket, Mint, Visible, US Cellular, and most MVNOs. Conditional call forwarding has been a standard phone feature since the 1980s.
How long is the trial? Do I need a card?+

Can I get my data out if I cancel?+
